At the end of 2019, with nearly 800k visitors monthly and a high bounce rate, the HCA Healthcare global careers site wasn’t in for a quick makeover. This mobile responsive website needed a full overhaul. Ultimately, the end-to-end revamp paid off swiftly and changed the HR Healthcare requisition system in waves.

What started in 2017 for one app has evolved into a massive agnostic digital design system. I led the founding research and documentation of HCA’s Offical Digital Design System and continue to this day to assist in benchmarking its performance with Designers, Developers, and Vendors who build products that scale the enterprise.

This vendor built HCA app with an identity crisis previously struggled on the AppStore in 2021. Employee engagement and scheduling faltered on less secure Facebook and Linkedin Groups. Our small team got to work on a thorough overhaul of the communication features. Now, Inspire fosters a fantastic online community full of groups, connections, recognition, and career advancement on both iOS & Android.
